Wiley University Services is honored to be selected as one of the 75 Best Places to Work in Illinois for the fourth consecutive year. The Best Places to Work in Illinois list is a statewide competition led by the Daily Herald Business Ledger to identify and recognize the state’s best employers.
To be selected for the list, Wiley participated in a two-part assessment process conducted by The Best Companies Group, an independent research firm, to gather detailed data about the company. In the first part of the assessment, Wiley completed a questionnaire about company policies, practices, demographics, and benefits. In the second part, employees completed an anonymous survey on their own engagement and satisfaction at the company.
Through this survey and other initiatives within the organization, Wiley will inform additional opportunities to improve the workplace and overall employee satisfaction, while staying true to our core values.
