    Enjoy a minimum of 15 days of paid time off when you join us and get more the longer you’re with us. U.S. colleagues receive 10 full-day holidays, two half-day holidays, and two floating holidays.

    Our tuition reimbursement program helps eligible team members affordably gain the skills and knowledge to achieve their goals. This benefit is available to full-time employees in the United States and reimburses up to $5,250 each year in education costs at accredited universities.

  • 401(k) savings plan

    Save for a secure retirement by contributing to a 401(k) plan. You’ll automatically enroll in a plan after 90 days of employment, and we’ll support your retirement with a company match of up to 4.5 percent.

  • Parental leave and support

    Take up to 12 weeks to bond with and care for your new child. We also support adoption and surrogacy with partial reimbursement of related expenses.
